25-03-2011

Rebecca Gonzaga, an experienced developer of mobility policy and programmes, has been appointed as Client Services Manager at Sterling.

With 10 years of experience in the industry, including roles with Cartus and SIRVA, Rebecca comes fresh from developing a specialist consulting team focussed on helping organisations plan and implement large scale restructuring.

The daughter of an RAF officer, Rebecca is well acquainted with moving home both as child and adult, and cites her passion for language and culture as the catalyst for a career in global mobility. “I have always enjoyed working with companies to manage global strategies and smooth the progress of business change,” she adds. “And I am really excited about the opportunity to work at Sterling – a company renowned for quality and the provider of choice for many organisations.”

“Rebecca has worked extensively with cross-border multi-national teams to develop centralised mobility strategies for global organisations,” says Sterling’s Chief Executive Officer, Rupert Morley.

“Her experience and expertise in developing global policy and strategy with multi-location companies makes her a valuable addition to our organisation. I am delighted to welcome her to our Client Services team.”
